Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at melissa@coopersbracelets.store with photos of the item and packaging, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
